Sezona je jagoda, evo zašto su one dobre za naše zdravlje

Sezona jagoda je počela i na pijacama i u tržnim centrima one mame Bosance i Hercegovce.

Osim što su fine i osvježavajuće, jagode su pune vitamina i antioksidanasa, te sadrže niz supstanci koje štite naše zdravlje.

Pomažu u sagorijevanju nakupljenih masti, poboljšavaju kratkoročno pamćenje, imaju malo kalorija-puno vlakana, ublažavaju upale, smanjuju rizik od kardiovaskularnih bolesti, jačaju kosti i imunitet.

Još jedna dobra karakteristika jagoda je da imaju malo kalorija, a puno vlakana. Tako 100 grama jagoda sadrži samo 33 kalorije i čak 58 mg vitamina C, što je 98 posto dnevnih potreba. Jagode su prepune vlakana, a spoj nitrata u jagodama potiče protok krvi i kisika u tijelu pa će ubrzati metabolizam i pomoći u mršavljenju.
